Sports & athletics

Strong bodies, strong minds, strong community.

The Prophet ﷺ encouraged swimming, archery, and horseback riding. Our sports programs carry that tradition forward in the gyms and fields of Northern Virginia.

Movement is part of how children learn — and part of how a community grows together. Our sports programs are organized by parent volunteers and held alongside the academic program at the Mustafa Center. They are casual, free, and open to every enrolled student.

Soccer

Pickup matches and seasonal teams for elementary and middle-school students. Saturdays after class on the back field at the Mustafa Center.

Basketball

Indoor practice during the colder months and casual tournaments around the holidays. All skill levels welcome.

Annual sports day

Once a year the school steps outside the classroom for a full day of races, team games, and a community cookout. The single most-attended Saturday on the calendar.

Family pickleball

An evolving program — parents, students, and grandparents on the same court. Quietly the most fun we have all year.

Coach, play, or just bring snacks.

Sports day runs on volunteers. If you can hold a stopwatch, set up cones, or run the grill, we'll find you a job — and your kids will think you're a hero for the rest of the season.
